Every engagement goes through the UPPER Framework process and ends with an actionable plan, so you'll leave with clear direction regardless of what you decide next. There's no obligation to continue. For organizations that want to sustain the momentum, we offer continuation options including UPPER Momentum, a 90 day engagement, and UPPER Enterprise, 6 months or longer, so you can choose the level of ongoing support that fits your needs.
