Our Founder

Upper Coaching was founded by Ms. Raven, a strategist, consultant, and community builder who believes that leadership is ultimately an act of stewardship. Through years of leading projects, supporting organizations, and navigating complex initiatives, she saw a common pattern: talented people were carrying too much, important work was stalling, and organizations often needed more than another plan.

Organizations and leaders needed a trusted partner who could bring clarity, align stakeholders, and help turn vision into action. That belief continues to shape Upper Coaching today. Every engagement is grounded in the conviction that when leaders are supported, systems are strengthened, and people are empowered to do their best work, organizations don't just perform better. They create better outcomes for the communities they serve.
